Kyle and Kristy and their twins came to Virginia by way of Tennessee. This family of four lived in a hotel for nine months while they searched (unsuccessfully) for the right home. Then one day, while driving through Highland Park, they saw a Stratford Companies sign. And that's when the fun began. Matt worked with the couple to help them find a property that suited their budget and their lifestyle. Once they chose the site, they began to create the house that would best suit the lot and their needs. After a thorough design process, the Huggins' specified all their building materials before breaking ground. They knew they would be out of town for much of the project and would need to make their decisions up front. Using modern media, Matt kept the family up-to-date and connected. When all was said and done, their construction project finished 60 days ahead of schedule — just in time for the twins' birthday.
