The Dunaway Garage Addition

The addition is split: she got the upstairs (finished space) and he got the garage (storage) ... though the entire family gets to enjoy the benefits of both. They plan to use these spaces not only to allow their family of four to grow in place, but also to allow for more frequest visits from family and friends. They also envisioned this space as a recreation get-away space for football Sundays, etc. … a Guest House in it's truest form. Some of the things on their "must have" list: a cozy space; lots of natural daylight; wood-burning authentic fireplace and chimney; and a luxury steam shower. They all fit together beautifully. And the exterior fits right in with the existing home and expands how they can use the outdoor space as well.
